Customer Pledge

  • We will always ask the customer to please show us the areas to be cleaned.
  • We will always ask the customer to show us any special concerns that they may have in the areas to be cleaned such as;
  • We will always ask the customer how old the carpets are.
  • We will always ask the customer if there are any spots or stains.
  • We will always ask the customer if they have noticed any bad seams.
  • We will always ask the customer if the carpet is rippled in any areas.
  • We will always ask the customer if there are any pets or children or security issues, due to the fact that we will need to leave a door or window open to bring our equipment in and out of the work area.
  • We will always discuss with the customer the different cleaning packages and options that we offer.
  • We will always explain to the customer that any furniture that we move will have foil paper or styrofoam blocks placed beneat the feet to help protect against stainning.
  • We will always show the customer the areas we are cleaning while we are cleaning them, in order to let them see the progress and to answer any questions that they may have.
  • We will offer the customer our advice on how to keep the areas that we just cleaned cleaner longer.
  • We will offer the customer our knowledge and advice on using stain protectors.
  • We will always show the customer that any of our hoses or equipment when crossing tile or hardwood floors will have a tarp beneath them to protect the surface.
  • We will always show the custommer that while we are cleaning in your home, business or property our workers will wear protective booties over their shoes.
  • We will always explain to the customer about drying times.
